Music is about encounters. It’s about connection. This particular notion may have been forgotten in the first half of 2020 – or barely put into practice, at the very least. Luckily, Ding Dong is here to set the record straight. Behind the onomatopoeic group name lies the collaboration between two musicians, Guillaume Quéméré (Orchestre Tout Puissant Marcel Duchamp, amongst others) and Cosmic Neman (Zombie Zombie). The two artists mix all kinds of percussion, rhythm boxes and distortions to develop a minimalistic, synthetic universe. Invitations have been sent – will you attend?
